When I was booking, I got through to John, the ‘driver’ of the boat, who gave me his personal mobile number, in case there were any problems. We felt looked after from the word ‘go’.
We’d ordered some nice weather, so the sights were resplendent. The coastline is very impressive – lots of different styles in a short journey. We did even get to see a seal. Probably the best deal is if you get the boat from Brixham, as you would also take in the coastline from there to Torquay, but we got on at Torquay, seeing as that is where our hotel was.
All in all, a very pleasant little trip. I would definitely recommend it. read less..

The trip it self is a cross between a ferry and a wildlife tour which goes in close to the coves to see as much as possible. Excellent commentary from a knowledgeable crew, who took time to point out the coastal features and were constantly scanning for wildlife. read less..
