The Teignmouth Round Robin

From Brixham, Paignton or Torquay…

The new amazing value Round Robin trip to Teignmouth has now launched this season with WeFerry – let us take you to explore a new town along the South Devon’s seafood coast by boat and train.

Sailing along some of the most magnificent coastline and areas of outstanding natural beauty, returning via train along Devon’s famous Riviera Line at a time of your choosing later in the day.

Have a discount railcard? – You could save money by purchasing a single fare. See here.

Sailing northwest of Torbay towards the Jurassic Coast you’ll see Thatchers Rock a breeding ground for local birds, the Orestone, Hopes Nose, Ansteys Cove, Babbacombe and Oddicombe Beach.

You can get far closer to the shoreline along this part of the Seafood coast than most other day cruises locally – You wont be needing binoculars to appreciate the beauty and wildlife.

We land at Fishermans Quay for 12.45pm* in the historic working port in the centre of town and just in time for lunch. Georgian buildings make up most of the beautiful seafront in this stunning coastal resort.

Visit The Grand Pier or nip to Shaldon Wildlife Trust a mini Zoo or spend the afternoon exploring the town which not only has the big named shops, but a lovely collection of independent and boutique ones too.

Returning is easy, especially when you have the freedom to return at your leisure by train. Trundle along the scenic Riviera Line back to where you started…

Make your day as long or as short as you like whatever the weather!

Been on loads of boat trips before but this was excellent. Great commentary from the skipper, sailed really close to cliffs and rocks, and saw several seals. Weather was hot and sunny and the seas calm. A perfectbtrip

No rushing around & simple to plan…

The Teignmouth Round Robin is so simple to plan! No complicated timetables or routes, simply catch one of our comfortable, traditional ferries for the first part of your Round Robin from Torquay, Paignton or Brixham*. To return, just hop on any of the Great Western Railway trains running regularly from Teignmouth.

Whilst on board the boat, our friendly skipper and crew will look after you as you take a journey close to the shoreline. The skipper will point out spots and places of interest along the way, and give you some of the history of the area, along with recommendations of places to visit whilst in Teignmouth.

You’ll be provided with a free town map to help you enjoy your stay, and a special rail ticket for your return journey with the Great Western Railway back to Torbay*. Feel free to hop on and off the trains as you please!
