We had... read more...We went on this trip yesterday and it was the best boat trip I have ever been on. We had booked on an earlier trip which had to be cancelled due to weather conditions - which we quite understood. We said we would try and book again but John very kindly texted us on the Wednesday morning to say the trip was running if we wanted to go. We hadn’t asked him to do this so it was a very nice touch. The commentary on the boat was very interesting and informative which showed John’s understanding and love of the sea and local knowledge. The boat was able to go very close to the shoreline - cliffs, caves and coves - and to observe the wildlife. I have been on several boat trips around Torbay but have never been on one as interesting as this. The customer service was excellent - he took the time with everyone to make sure they knew what they were doing when the boat reached Teignmouth and good directions to get the train and the subsequent boat from Paignton. We would highly recommend this trip to anyone. We are back here in May next year with our son and granddaughter and hope we will be able to make this trip again. Full marks to John and Adam on this trip. Excellent value for money too. read less..
